Alice and Annabel

Hello everyone! My sister Alice and I are both looking for our forever homes. Can you help?

My name is Annabel and I am the one with the pink nose and green eyes. My sister Alice has brown eyes and a brown nose.

We had a rocky start in life. We were dumped (along with another sister Apple and a brother Adam) in a disused yard and left to fend for ourselves. We were eating whatever we could find and drinking rainwater. Fortunately for us, one day two kind ladies came along and rescued us. Since then we have been in a foster home waiting for our skin to clear up. We were in a terrible mess with ringworm but that’s all gone now although I now have a touch of mange but it’s not infectious. We have some medication to take from Dr Brenda and our foster mommy is always giving us vitamins, cod liver oil and really yummy dog food. We have now had all our shots and we have been spayed, not sure what that means but it didn’t hurt at all.

We like it here with our foster mommy although Mr. Spotty can be a bit bossy. He says we have to address him as ‘sir’ and he keeps lecturing us about how difficult it is to be Alpo Dog (or did he say Alpha Dog?). We try not to yawn. Sometimes he is really good fun and we play chase and wrestle with him but then he steals our chews.

Apple and Adam have found new homes and we want our own families too! We are now aged about 6 months old and are crate trained. We are almost house trained although we occasionally have little accidents but mommy says we just need some ‘one on one’. We can sit and we walk nicely on a leash. Our weight is now about 40/45lbs so we are probably going to be medium sized dogs. We would be good with children and other pets.

Please call our mommy! Lesley 916 3511
